Frequently asked questions

What is Peeli?

Peeli is our house fabric, a low tac, self-adhesive, breathable material that we print your design onto. It’s reusable and will last over numerous applications (as long as you take care of the adhesive & backing material. We recommend keeping your Peeli backing sheet and sticking your Peeli back on here when not in use. Like any other adhesive, if it gets dirty it’ll lose its tac.

All other fabrics are vinyl and have different adhesive qualitites for short or long term application.

How do I order?

How do I use my Peeli?

Simply peel off your backing and stick your peeli to a flat surface. If you find there are bubbles or wrinkles, simply peel back and re-apply. Please note, we do not advise sticking peeli onto wallpaper or eneven/dirty surfaces.

Should I test before the full application?

Yes, we always advise you test your Peeli on a small are of the surface you are planning to cover before applying the entire product. We can supply a samples swatch prior to you ordering free of charge for you to test. Peelis work best on smooth, clean surfaces. When applied to painted walls, Peelis work best on good quality emulsions. We cannot guarantee that Peelis will leave no residue or cause flaking on poorly painted or old walls.

Note all wall coverings must be applied to clean and dry surface which does not contain any ‘stain repellent technology’ including brands ’ Teflon & Dulux Trade Diamond Paint’ as the resins may have a chemical reaction and nullify the adhesive. Please use standard trade matt emulsion and apply three weeks prior to installation date. Note if the wall has previously had stain repellent technology this needs to be removed with sandpaper by others prior to installation date.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

We hope that you enjoy your Peeli product. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us to discuss the issue.
