Delivery charges are included in the price of your Peeli products, so you don't need to worry about any additional charges for your order.
We use both Royal Mail and TNT to ensure that your package reaches you securely and swiftly. Once your order has been processed and confirmed, you will receive an email from Peeli with details of your delivery, including an estimated deliver date.
Should you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us by clicking here and we will do our very best to assist you.
If you would prefer to collect your order in person, please get in touch to let us know. We are open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
We hope that you are very pleased with your order. If for any reason you would like a refund or exchange please return your Peeli product to us within 10 days in an unused condition.
We recommend that you post your order back to us via tracked delivery as we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged returns, nor do we reimburse returns postage costs. Alternatively you are welcome to bring your order in person to the Peeli Shop in Warwick
for a refund or exchange.
